When does the course start and finish?
The course is a self-paced online resource. You decide when you start and when you finish and can watch it as many times as you want.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
How do I receive a Certificate of Completion for this course?
Certificates of Completion are awarded when you pass the quiz with 14 or more correct answers. You will receive your certificate via email.
Do you offer bulk discounts if I have a large group of people that want to take the class?

How long is this course?
This course is comprised of 5 one-hour classes. At any time, you can pause a class and resume where you left off.

Teachable Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing technical issues, please try these steps:
1) Click "Complete and continue" at the top of the lecture in order to move forward. If “Click and Complete” is not available:
a) Confirm that you have watched at least 90% of the video without skipping any sections;
b) Check to see if there is a browser error by opening a private browsing or Incognito window, logging into the course, and pressing play on the video again. You should see the "Complete and continue" button go live, allowing you to move to the next lecture.
2) The phone app is currently not compatible with the Course Compliance and the lectures.

Viewing Completed Quizzes
Quiz questions and answers are unable to be viewed after completing the course quiz.
Once you have passed the quiz, you will receive your Certificate of Completion via e-mail.
Do these courses count as credits towards a degree?
These courses are stand-alone resources and do not count as credit towards a degree. You can, however, use these courses for Continuing Education Units. Each course provides .5 CEUs.
